Documents

Documents accept the widest range, because they are reference material rather than artwork and are never engraved.

Crystal templates, plate graphics, and files handed to AI parsing are also copied into the design's Documents tab under their original names, so the source material stays with the job.

Size limits

  • Design template imports, crystal templates, plate graphics, and ornaments are capped at 10 MB per file. Font files are capped at 5 MB.

    • Ornaments and fonts can be uploaded ten at a time.

  • Files handed to AI parsing are capped at 10 MB each.

  • Documents are capped at 50 MB.

Where a supplier offers both a PDF and an EPS of the same template, the PDF is the better source for a design template import, because EPS files often have their text converted to outlines and outlined text cannot be edited afterwards.
