Store settings

Store Settings is where you configure your shop's information, manage available fonts, and set default plate and bed sizes. These settings apply to your entire location and help streamline your workflow.

Store settings control defaults and shared resources for one store. Settings are held per store, so a multi-location organization configures each separately.

Statuses

The production pipeline designs move through

Each tab carries its own permission level, so seeing only some of them is normal. See Roles and permissions.

Statuses

The Statuses tab defines the production pipeline. Statuses can be renamed, reordered by dragging, recoloured, and added or removed.

Three behaviours are worth knowing before editing them:

  • Renaming a status only changes how it displays. Designs already carrying it keep their status

  • Removing a status does not delete designs. They keep the status but it stops appearing in filters until reassigned

  • Archived is a system status and cannot be modified or removed

Why defaults matter

Plate and bed defaults are inherited by every new design. Setting them to the shop's most common material and plate size removes repeated data entry from every job.

Store ID
