The Billing page is headed Billing & Subscriptions and covers one store at a time.

Viewer permission on billing opens the page; editor or manager is required to act on it. On a self-serve store, a viewer sees a notice in place of the plan controls.

Subscription Plans holds two cards: Core at $100/month and Core + Material Management at $125/month.

A 30 day free trial is granted once per store.

The active plan's card reads Current Plan and is disabled. The other reads Upgrade An upgrade applies immediately and is invoiced pro rata for the rest of the billing period. During the trial nothing is charged and the trial continues. A downgrade is not prorated, and the amount already paid for the current period is not refunded.

Manage Subscription appears once a subscription is active, for editors and managers. Open Customer Portal opens the Stripe Customer Portal, covering payment methods, billing address, and subscription details. Cancellation is made there, not on this page.

Stores on managed or Enterprise terms see the configured plan and Manage Payment & Invoices in place of the plan cards. Plan changes go through the account manager.
