Steps
Select the quick transaction button in the side navigation
Choose the material and transaction type
Enter the quantity, transaction type, and reason/reference
Confirm to record
Work in progress is not interrupted, so usage can be logged at the moment it happens rather than afterwards.
When to use the Materials page instead
The Materials page remains the route for creating and editing items, bulk imports, adjustments across many items, and reviewing transaction history.
