Getting to Analytics

Click the Bar Chart icon (πŸ“Š) in the left sidebar to open your analytics dashboard.

Setting Your View

Before diving into the data, you can adjust what time period you're looking at:

Date Range

Click the date range in the top right to choose what period to analyze. You can pick from quick presets like "Last 7 days" or "Last 30 days," or set a custom date range.

Timezone

Click the timezone display (e.g., "UTC-5") to change it to match your location. This ensures all timestamps and daily breakdowns align with your local time.

Your Quick Stats

At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you instant insights:

Design Activity Timeline

The area chart at the bottom shows how busy your shop has been. It tracks the number of design status changes per day - so you can see when you're most active and spot any unusual quiet or busy periods.

Tips for Using Analytics

  • Check weekly: Make analytics part of your routine to catch issues early

  • Compare periods: Look at this month vs. last month to spot trends

  • Watch your waste: High waste costs might mean process improvements are needed

  • Monitor bottlenecks: If too many designs are stuck in Review, it might be time to add capacity

Use the refresh button: Data updates throughout the day - refresh to see the latest
